Tax Incentive Guide 2024-25

This guide is a consolidation of all the tax incentives under International Trade (Customs) and Domestic Taxes.

This guide will be updated annually in line with the government’s fiscal policies and will be available at the One Stop Centre of the Uganda Investment Authority. For further enquiries, investors are encouraged to contact the Assistant Commissioner of Trade, Customs Department, and the Assistant Commissioner of Business Policy, Domestic Taxes Department.
