Terms and Conditions for the URA Auction


  1. Applicant must have a valid TIN issued by URA with an active e-mail account
  2. Bidding shall be conducted electronically
  3. The successful bidder shall make payment of the full Contract Price for the disposal item, within one (1) working day / 24Hrs from the date of public auction.
  4. Failure to pay 100% of contract price within 24 Hours, disposal item reverts to the second (2nd) highest bidder.
  5. Bidders are free to bid for more than one (1) Lot per bidding window.
  6. A bidder shall not place a bid higher than 3 times the reserve price.
  7. For claiming items, the successful buyer shall present;
    1. a) A valid copy of paid assessment and bank receipt (optional in case of e-payment);
    2. b) Where the buyer is unable to pick a disposal items in person; shall issue an Authorization letter to the representative authorizing him/her to pick the items. The representative shall present copy of the passport, Driver's licence, or National I.D as proof of identification for both successful bidder and his/her representative.
  8. Third party claims shall not be considered.
  9. All staff of the URA Procurement and Disposal Division, Contracts Committee and the Board of Survey are excluded from participating in this Auction.
  10. Terms and conditions of this auction are to be carefully considered by an interested person before acceptance.
