These are guarantees to Uganda Revenue Authority for compliance with specific customs/tax requirements. They are executed by an importer/exporter/bonded warehouse with Customs and covered by an Insurance Company to protect Customs taxes in a transaction including transits, warehoused goods, temporary imports, etc. where revenue is at risk
