3. The Bidding document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application Letter to the Assistant Commissioner Procurement & Disposal Division, at the address in (2) above.
4. Bidders are advised to visit the URA website (ura.go.ug), process a payment registration slip and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand) as tender fees for the bidding document to any of the banks authorized to receive Non-Refundable fees on behalf of URA.
5. A pre – bid meeting shall be held at 11:00am on Friday 3^rd July 2026 at the address in (2) above.
