2. The Bidding documents shall be inspected, issued and the bids shall be delivered at;

3. The Bidding documents in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application letter to the Assistant Commissioner Procurement & Disposal Division at the address in (2) above.
4. Bidders are advised to generate Bank Payment Registration Slips from the URA website ura.go.ug and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for each procurement to any bank authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.
