We have come to the end of the financial year 2023/2024. I congratulate you all and thank every taxpayer who fulfilled their obligations. This year, we
saw a section of taxpayers expressing discontent with some of our systems, specifically the Electronic Fiscal Receipting and Invoicing Solution (EFRIS).
The strike by traders served as an eye-opener to us as a tax administration, highlighting the knowledge gaps that should be addressed to enable taxpayers
to understand our systems and fulfill their tax obligations seamlessly.
