CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY REPORT 2024

The 2024 Client Satisfaction Survey, conducted by Gerasma Investments Limited on behalf of the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of URA’s service delivery and gather feedback from taxpayers and URA staff. This survey, involving both quantitative and qualitative research methods, targeted a wide range of stakeholders, including individual taxpayers, businesses, URA staff, and other associated entities across all regions of Uganda.
