
Pursuant to Section 145 (1) of the East African Community Customs Management Act, 2004 (as amended) and Regulation 149 – 152 of the East African Community Customs Management Regulations, 2010, the Commissioner Customs of the Uganda Revenue Authority invites new applicants and applications for renewal of Customs Agency Licenses for the Year 2026.
The applications form (form No. C20), licensing conditions and assessment forms are accessible via https://singlewindow.go.ug/stp/#/
All applicants are advised to ensure that the electronic application is duly completed, ,and that all the relevant information and documents as indicated on the Electronic Single Windows platform, are availed, scanned and uploaded to https://singlewindow.go.ug/stp/#/ not later than October 01, 2025.
Authorised Economic Operators (AEO) companies will only be required to submit applications for automatic renewal of their Customs Agency License subject to payment of the requisite fees.
