Description :  

There is one central Competent Authority in Uganda who could request information and from whom information shall be requested by her EOI partner. However, there are also delegated and authorized officials who may either sign on behalf of or act in place of the central Competent Authority when necessary. In addition, there is only one central EOI service that is responsible for all types of taxes, as well as for each type of exchange, including specific and spontaneous exchanges.
