CUSTOMS AGENCY LICENSE 2025

Pursuant to Section 145 (1) of the East African Community Customs Management Act, 2004 (as amended) and Regulation 149 – 152 of the East African Community Customs Management Regulations, 2010, the Commissioner Customs of the Uganda Revenue Authority invites new applicants and applications for renewal of Customs Agency Licenses for the Year 2025.

The applications form (form No. C20), licensing conditions and assessment forms are accessible via https://singlewindow.go.ug/stp/#/  

All applicants are advised to ensure that their application forms are duly filled. All relevant information and documents as required on the Electronic Single Window platform should be availed, scanned and uploaded to https://singlewindow.go.ug/stp/#/

The deadline for submission is October 01, 2024.

Authorised Economic Operators (AEO) companies will only be required to submit applications for automatic renewal of their Customs Agency License subject to payment of the requisite fees.

The activities related to licensing will be conducted strictly within the timelines below;
